| Abstract | The Decentralization Plan to Local Administrative Organizations (No. 2) B.E. 2551 stipulates that the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health will transfer the mission of the Health Station. community hospital and general hospital to Local Administrative Organizations The objective of this article was to study the readiness of the provincial administrative organization and the transfer mission of sub-district health-promoting hospitals. The disadvantage is Health information systems will lack connectivity as a whole. and political uncertainty may affect the sub-district health-promoting hospitals. However, as for the readiness of the Provincial Administrative Organization and the transfer of sub-district health promotion hospitals, it was found that in 2022 there were 49 provincial administrative organizations throughout the country. Apply for a transfer and there are about 3,366 sub-district health promoting hospitals ready to be transferred to the Provincial Administrative Organization. |
