| Abstract | To prevent and solve the problem of illegal motorcycle racing on the public road of children and youth, In addition to the duties of police officers in patrols and appearing in risky locations to reduce the chances of crimes, Administrative measures are also important tools in the performance of government officials or agencies for the public service provider. However, the exercise of such powers should be done under the legality of administrative acts to protect people's rights and freedoms under the rule of law. The Road Traffic Act (No. 13) 2022 contains provisions relating to preventing and solving the problem of illegal motorcycle racing, such as the authorizing traffic officer's order to prohibit and temporarily suspend the use of the vehicle. Therefore, The Road Traffic Act (No. 13) 2022 could be applied in conjunction with relevant measures and laws to effectively prevent and solve the problem of Illegal motorcycle racing. |
