| Abstract | Changes in today's world are constantly happening, advancement in technology and innovation has changed the world in many aspects. As a result, the current school administrator must be prepared to manage the organization in the present and future society. Educational change is therefore required for education on innovation. Education to be introduced to school administrators is an important mechanism and it has a high influence on the results derived from the education system, the effectiveness of educational administration, and the effectiveness of educational organizations. This makes the management and management of education successful, and it follows a desirable path. Therefore, the successful development of schools is partly attributed to school administrators. The important thing is to develop cognitive people so that people develop jobs successfully. This requires management with modern management techniques. In particular, it is characterized by an innovative leadership state consisting of six main elements: 1) visionary and transitional 2) teamwork and participation 3) creative thinking 4) risk management 5) information and communication technology utilization and 6) innovative organizational atmosphere. Therefore, if the school administrator has such an innovative leadership state, it will eventually become a measure of the success and quality of management. |
