| Abstract | Nowadays, logistics and management systems play a very important role in each business, because the logistics system covers many activities starting from sourcing raw materials, delivering raw materials, storing raw materials, producing, storing finished goods, loading and unloading finished goods to the end customer. Thus, the objectives of this research are as follows: (1) To study the warehouse management system of ready-made garment shop operators in Central Department Store, Nakhon Ratchasima. (2) To study the problem of warehouse management of ready-made garment shop operators in Central Department Store, Nakhon Ratchasima. And (3) To propose guidelines for improving the efficiency of inventory management of ready-made garment shop operators in Central Department Store, Nakhon Ratchasima. And can complete questionnaire tool 21 samples were collected using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed with package. The statistics used were mean, percentage, standard deviation. The results showed that; (1) the respondents had 1 to 3 years of business experience and their nature was business owners and store managers. The results of the analysis showed that garment stores. (2) There is a problem as follows: because the number of products is not checked or systematic inventory recording. Lack shortage of goods and the storage of products is not categorized. (3) The management tools were used to solve the problems; it was found that the average warehouse volume decreased. And can reduce costs and create a method for inventory counting to improve work processes. It was found that it was able to work more systematically and efficiently. |
