| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the service quality level of Buriram Railway Station. Mueang Buriram District Buriram Province. 2) to compare the service quality of Buriram Railway Station Mueang Buriram District Buriram Province Classified by Sex, Age, Education Level career and income. 3) to study policy recommendations on information systems to improve and develop services of Buriram Railway Station Mueang Buriram District Buriram Province. There are all 3 areas: service, location, and security. The sample group was used to determine the sample group without knowing the population. Using Cochran formula The sample size was at least 385 people. In this research, the researcher has a sample of 400 people to cover this research study. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 3 types: Checklist, scale, 5 level estimation, and open-ended questions. have a confidence value of 0.917. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Two samples were compared by t-test and one-way analysis of variance (F-test). The results showed that A Study of the Quality of Railway Station Service of Buriram Railway Station Mueang Buriram District Buriram Province Overall, it was at the highest level in all aspects. Sorted from highest to lowest value.
