| Abstract | This research aims to present the importance of talent management, which is considered high-performing organizational personnel. Able to solve problems on their own, like an emotionally intelligent person can see the future before others. Able to create works perfectly. A person who wants to learn and develop themselves. Ready to seek new opportunities that are important for career growth. There is a drive that is full of energy, different from ordinary people. Organizations must have a way to manage talent, create psychological bonds for personnel to be aware of being the dream organization of many people. Organizations must create a good evaluation system. A job management system that is different from the usual set of rewards, satisfying compensation and can incentivize talented employees to see opportunities for career development and prepare to be a successors. This is to maintain the talented staff to stay with the organization as long as possible. In addition, good management results in talented people creating an organization that is different from competitors. It has the advantage of accessing resources and can adjust quickly to keep up with ever-changing situations. |
