Abstract The objectives of this research are. - (1) to collect the history and background of tourism resources along Luang Por Derm's Learning path (LPDLP), (2) to develop learning resources along LPDLP, (3) to strengthen the virtues, wisdom, and characteristics of lifelong learning for human capital in the community along LPDLP, and (4) to create tourism books according to LPDLP and transfer knowledge to the community. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with a total of 9 community information experts in 3 sub-districts, namely Khao Thong Sub-district, Sa Thale Sub-district, and Muang Hak Sub-district. Training was organized to increase guide skills for 96 youths, and 27 teachers were trained to be assistant speakers. A meeting was organized to pass knowledge to community leaders and villagers with a total of 92 persons. Paired t-test and descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. The results of this research revealed that. - (1) there were 3 new e-books about tourism resources along Luang Por Derm's Learning path, (2) there were 3 new Buddhist and cultural learning resources, (3) there were 96 knowledgeable young guides with scores in post-tests being higher than pre-test scores with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level ; the result of the assessment of young guides in terms of providing tourist services by qualified persons as a whole was at a good level, and (4) there were teachers who can pass their knowledge to students of the next generation.
