| Abstract | The research starts with an important question; "How are we going to live in a world without a world government?" This raises 3 objectives.-(1) to study the process of normalization on human rights issues as universal moral values, (2) to study the other norms under Global Political Philosophy issues at the present day, and (3) suggest ways that support the creation of norms to achieve results in the global and Thai societies. The research is categorized in philosophy and political theory. Information was collected from documents and modern media and analysed through the concept of Global Political Philosophy. Descriptive presentations were in accordance with the research objectives.The results of the research revealed that "universal moral value" like human rights as final answer.The human rights notion becomes to be norm that allows all humanity living peacefully together. My research showed that the new universal moral value is coming. It is the universal moral value of climate change that is driven via the young generation around the world. The research portrays changes in policy structure and human thought all around the world. Unfortunately, the movement of this issue has been strongly influenced on an international level by the young generation but unlike Thai society, the movement is slow. |
