| Abstract | The study's objectives were to select performance indicators and find the factors which effect on the performance indicators selection in accordance with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). Moreover, it was to study other appropriate performance indicators of The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This study was a Survey Research and Questionnaires wereusedtobethe methodfordataaccumulation. whichhasa95% confidence level from 30 personnel. The study found that (1) the performance indicators selection appropriatenessall5fields wasat thehighest levelat4.38byaverageand0.62 wasthestandard deviation (S.D.) And the function of indicators from the most appropriate level of indicators By Leading Indicator, the results of the indicators on all 5 sides, there are 26 indicators, personal indicators of the Lagging Indicator, including the results of the indicators on all 5 sides with 22 indicators. (2) There are 12 indicators for other appropriate actions. (3) The factors which effect on all 5 fields performance indicators selection were the result of learner's learning field and process field Furthermore, the customer focus result field was found that the gender was statistically significant differences. On the other hand, the result of personnel focus field, the result of leadership and oversight field and the results of budget, financial and market field had no difference. |
