Abstract The purpose is to research. 1) study level 21st century school administrator's skills according to 2) study level professional learning communities 3) study relationship 21st century school administrator's skills with professional learning communities. 4) to create a predictive equation. 21st century school administrator's skills effect professional learning communities. The samples were teachers and educational personnel year 2017. The sample size was 373 samples.The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, correlation coefficient simple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) The 21st century school administrator's skills, both in the overall picture and in each aspect were evaluated 2) The level of professional learning communities at a high level both in the overall image and in each aspect 3) The 21st century school administrator's skills with professional learning communities, had a very high positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of .01 and 4) The 21st century (x) schooladministratorsareexpectedtoimprovetheprofessional learningcommunity intheschool. (?) In raw score it is ?=.20 + .94**X And the standard score stipulated is y= .98** Zx
