| Abstract | Theobjectivesof thisresearch were1) toinvestigatethelevelofsatisfactionofJapanese tourists toward Ayutthaya Elephant Palace & Royal Kraal, Ayutthaya province. 2) to compare Japanese Tourists satisfaction toward Ayutthaya Elephant Palace & Royal Kraal Ayutthaya Province, using their own personal experience as well as their tourism experience. Accidental sampling was used on 400 Japanese tourists. The research statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t -Test and One-Way ANOVA. The result indicated that the satisfaction of Japanese tourists toward Ayutthaya Elephant Palace & Royal Kraal, Ayutthaya Province wasathighlevel ( =3.97, S.D.=.57).TheJapanesetouristshadthehighestsatisfaction level of: activities in place ( =4.19, S.D.=.61), environment ( =3.89, S.D.=.64) and services and facilities ( =3.76, S.D.=.67) respectively. Hypothesis testing found that the difference in gender, education level, occupation, income, marital status, the kind of travel, the time of travel and expense of the travel did not cause a difference in tourist's satisfaction level, but the difference inage and reason to makeareturn visit causedadifferenceintourist's satisfactionlevelof ..05. |
