| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of IT implementation to working quality of chief executive's secretary in Thailand higher education institutes. The population were 78 chief executive's secretaries in Thailand higher education institutes. Statistics used for analyzing data were multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. From the analysis of the relationship and the impact found that chief executive secretaries in Thailand's higher education institutes have the opinion about information technology implementation to working in overall and each aspect in high level namely data resource management, business information system, system planning and development, decision support system and security measures. Moreover, they have an opinion about the working quality in overall and each aspect at a high level including timeliness, objective achievement, best of the effectiveness, and stakeholders acceptance. The analysis of the relationship and the impact found that the information technology implementation to working with the system planning and development, decision support system has the positive effect with the overall working quality significantly differently at 0.05. |
