| Abstract | This study investigated the factors influencing midterm learning achievement and determined the psychological motivational factors affecting psychological motivation in online learning. The study targeted a total of 26 students enrolled in a material engineering courses within the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology at Kalasin University. Multiple-linear regression was analyzed. The study revealed that several factors, namely GPA, self-assessment environment structuring, course enrollment for the current semester, self-assessment help seeking behavior, and time management, significantly influenced learning achievement as measured by midterm scores. The factors affecting psychological motivation in online learning include satisfaction with system quality, cognitive problem-solving, and expectations regarding instructor characteristics. The study's contribution can be regarded as enhancing the efficacy of teaching and learning methodologies while also serving as a reference for implementation in other academic disciplines or applied subjects. |
