| Abstract | The objectives of this research were develop the learning skills of the bachelor of law students who study property law by organizing learning outside the classroom by using a flipped classroom learning management model. Comparing the learning achievements of property law students of bachelor's degree programs before and after studying by using the flipped classroom learning management model. An undergraduate student Faculty of Social Sciences who registered for the course of LAW211 Law on Property of 59 students, in the first semester of the academic year 2021 were obtained by Cluster Random Sampling using the classroom as a sampling unit (One-Group Pretest- Posttest Design). The research instruments consisted of a learning management plan using a flipped classroom learning management model; a pre-and post-study achievement test with a flipped classroom learning management model on Property Law. The data were statistically analyzed through mean, standard deviation, t-test for dependent sample and the content analysisThe results of this research were as follows:1. Development of learning skills of bachelor law students studying property law by learning outside the classroom Using a flipped classroom learning management model at a high level.2. The learning achievement of Property law students of the Bachelor of Law program Faculty of Social Sciences After learning, using the Flipped Classroom learning management model was higher than before. statistically significant at the level .05 |
