| Abstract | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of executive power, 2) to study the fear level and 3) to study the relationship between the use of administrators' power on the morale and morale of teachers. Wat Yokkrabat School (Chup Rat), Ban Phaeo District Samut Sakhon Province. The sample group of this time consisted of 33 teachers at Wat Yok Krabat School (Chup Rat). The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics in data analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsion’s product correlation coefficientThe results of the research revealed that most of the respondents were 20 women aged 31-35 years, 12 of them had 6-10 years of work experience, and 18 of them were 1) The overall use of executive power was at a high level. 2) The morale and morale of teachers overall were at a high level. and 3) the relationship between the exercise of executive power and the morale and morale of the teachers. The pair with the highest correlation is The use of power of the school administrators had a positive correlation with the morale and morale of teachers at a moderate level. |
