| Abstract | This independent study objectives were 1) to study the level of administrative skills of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1; School Group 2, 2) to find out the level of teacher’s working motivation, and 3) to investigate the relationship between school administrators’ management skills and teacher’s working motivation. The population were 1,047 government teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1; School Group 2. The sample was determined by comparing Krejcie and Morgan’s table and a simple random sampling method, total of 200 samples were obtained. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The reliability was at 0.981. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.The results of the research showed that 1) the overall of school administrators’ management skills is at a high level; when considering each aspect, it was found that the highest aspect was educational and teaching skills and the lowest aspect was technical skills.2) the overall of teacher’s working motivation; when considering each aspect, it was found that the highest aspect was the affiliation and the lowest aspect was the power. 3) the relationship between the school administrators’ management skills and teacher’s working motivation of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1; School group 2, found that there has positive correlation at a high level with a statistical significance level of .01 (r =.964**) which was consistent with the hypothesis. |
