| Abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถภาพของนักศึกษาครูด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถภาพด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนและ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถภาพด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ คือ นักศึกษาครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึงชั้นปีที่ 5 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 อาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดประสบการณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และใช้ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถภาพด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาครู ประกอบด้วย สมรรถภาพด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ด้านเจตคติต่อการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนและทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน 2. รูปแบบของการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถภาพด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน สำหรับนักศึกษาครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีองค์ประกอบคือ 1) แนวคิดหลักการของรูปแบบ 2) จุดมุ่งหมายของรูปแบบ 3) โครงสร้างเนื้อหา 4) การจัดประสบการณ์ และ 5) การประเมินผล 3. ประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบฯ หลังจากมีการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ในสถานการณ์จริง พบว่า รูปแบบฯ มีประสิทธิภาพ 4 ประการคือ 1) มีความถูกต้องตามทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้เป็นพื้นฐาน 2) มีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต และนักศึกษาครูของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 3) มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติจริง และสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของหลักสูตรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏต่าง ๆได้ และ 4) มีความเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาครูของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ The purpose of this research were: 1) to study the classroom action research's competence of teacher students 2) develop the experience model to enhance the competency in classroom action research and 3) assess the efficiency of the experience model to enhance the competence in classroom action research. The data were collected from research papers, research specialists, the first-year to fifth-year teacher students of Thepsatri Rajabhat University and lecturers who use the experience model. The data were statistically analyzed by contents analysis and percentage. The findings showed that: 1. The classroom action research's competence of teacher students consist as follows: knowledge competence of classroom action research, attitude toward the classroom action research and the skills of classroom action research. 2. Experience model to enhance the competency in classroom action research for teacher students in Rajabhat universities that was developed consist as follows 1) the principle of model 2) the objective of model 3) the structure of contents 4) the experience management and 5) the evaluation. 3. The Efficiency of model that applied to the real situation showed that; the model has four efficiencies as follows 1) the model was accurate base on theoretical learning 2) suitable to bachelor of education and teacher students of Rajabhat Universities 3) possibilities to implement and apply to the context of Rajabhat University's course, appropriately and 4) the useful in development of competency in classroom action research for teacher students of Rajabhat universities. |
