| Abstract | This study aimed to identify the risk factors and management strategies in green purchasing specific to a mattress and bedding manufacturer. The study employed various tools, including questionnaires, focus group discussions, and statistical analysis of risk assessment surveys. The findings revealed that environmental policy, pricing, andvendors posed a moderate level of risk, while product characteristics and unethical practices posed a high level of risk. Based on these identified risks, the study recommends the utilization of the 4T risk management framework, which involves treating, accepting, transferring, and avoiding risks. The implications of this study are significant as it provides guidance to the company in developing effective risk management plans for green purchasing. Additionally, it contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable procurement. |
