Abstract This study was conducted to investigate the factors that affect consumer behavior toward changing fuel prices among employees of Para๑aque City. The objectives of the study were to determine the factors that affect their behavior towards changing fuel prices in terms of daily activities, expenses, and mental health, the recommendations, and strategies that can be applied by oil companies and government in addressing these challenges. A quantitative-descriptive research design was utilized. The researchers use convenient random sampling, a non-probability sampling method. The study was conducted among the employees of Paran?aque City who use public and private vehicles. In the distribution of the questionnaire to the respondents, the researchers used an online survey for distribution and collection of the data. The analysis and interpretation of the gathered data were carried out using frequency and Percentage, mean and standard deviation, Kruskal Wallis, and the spearman rho correlation using SPSS. It was also used to determine there the significant difference between the demographic profile of the respondents and consumer behavior towards changing in fuel prices. The findings revealed that the majority of the 100 respondents of this study were aged 18 to 25; most of the respondents were female; the majority of the respondents were in rank and file or belonged to clerical positions; the majority of the respondents have 4 to 6 family members; most of the respondents have less than 15,000 monthly income, and the majority of respondents are using public transportation. Based on the correlation table, showed that there's a strong positive relationship between the three factors: Daily activity, Expenses, mental health to consumer behavior in relation to changing in fuel prices. The student recommends that the government should improve public transportation systems that are efficient and accessible to commuters and monitor evaluate oil companies' prices impose to its customers to ensure that fair prices were given to motorists.
