| Abstract | Career growth is the one of the long-term goals of all employees. Spa business in Thailand has been expanded rapidly in the past decades as health trends have led to more popularity in spa services. The current research aims to examine the relationship among employee performance and job satisfaction on the career growth in the spa industry in Thailand. The data were collected from the employees of spa companies, by using self-administered questionnaires. The results demonstrated job satisfaction has higher influence on career growth than employee performance. The study has implications for practitioners to support the career growth for their employees. In addition, academic contributions were also discussed for the future research development. |
