| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to compare the roles of administrators in promoting the use of information technology for learning management based on the opinions of the teachers under the Khlong Sam Wa district office in Bangkok, classified by education level, work experience, and size of school. The samples used in the research were 246 teachers under the Khlong Sam Wa district office in Bangkok. The data collection instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with discrimination between 0.80 and 1.00 and reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's comparison test. The research findings were as follows: (i) The teachers’ opinions on the roles of the administrators in promoting the use of information technology for learning management were found satisfactory at a high level for each individual aspect and as a whole. (ii) For the overall opinion and for each aspect of the opinions from the teachers, it was found that there was no difference. (iii) The opinions of the teachers from different school sizes were significantly different at the level of.05 in terms of both the overall aspect and the individual aspect. |
