| Abstract | This paper presents the BIM implementation practices of the private sector in the Thaiconstruction industry. The investigations were based on observation, literature review,interviews, and actual practices of the AEC organizations in Thailand. The problemsencountered and success factors of BIM implementation were discussed based on ourexperience in practice. Furthermore, a case study demonstrates application of BIM in safetyaspects, which seamlessly works with design and construction phase. |
