Abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of organizational environment, human resource management, learning organization and knowledge sharing on organizational innovation capability in the Foreign Embassies in Thailand. Practical data were collected from 75 embassies by means of a questionnaire. Stratified random sampling was used for the research methods and factor analysis, multiple regression analysis was employed for data analysis. This study identifies three factors that have positive impacts on the organizational innovation capability of Foreign Embassies in Thailand. The result showed that the leader's support to change, training and development are most influence factor on organizational innovation capability.
