| Description | The cadmium-tolerant bacteria,Cupriavidus taiwanensis KKU2500-3, which was colonized in rice plant, has been proved to reduce cadmium uptake, translocation and accumulation in rice seed. In this study, the bacteria reduced the Cd content in rice seed up to 57.74% of the control content. Thus, it had ability to develop in the rice field as the cadmium bioremediator. |
