Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the current state of preschool teachers and the problems they face in organizing experiencesin The Little Scientists House Thailand,intheRayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.This research focused on3 aspects, namely education management planning, education management, and learning outcome assessment. The samples in this research were 138 preschool teachers. The tool used was aquestionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentages, means, and standard deviations.The research results showed that the state of preschool teachers in organizing experiences in The Little Scientists House Thailand,in the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2was at a high level (M=4.31). In the learning outcome assessment aspect (M=4.36),the highest mean score was assessing Projects (M=4.37). In the education management planning aspect (M=4.32),the highest mean score was determining the purpose of learning (M=4.39). And in the education management aspect (M=4.25),the highest mean score was the practice (M=4.31). With regard to the problems of preschool teachers organizing experiencesin The Little Scientists House Thailand, in the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, itwasfound thatteachers lack understanding of learning standards, desirable characteristics, and age characteristics according to the Early Childhood Education Curriculum, 2017. Furthermore, they face a lack of budget, lack of knowledge of the assessment, and do not have knowledge of project assessmentas the criteria for project evaluation are not known. Children choose topics based on their friends,areunable to make assumptions, lack information retrieval skills,and cannot summarize what they have learned by themselves. |
