Abstract | This study aimed to 1) study the problems in using educational technology and innovation, 2) study the need to develop educational technology and innovation, and 3) study the factors related to the need to develop educational technology and innovation. This research is a quantitative research. The conceptual framework is from Rogers. The population is 1,901 teachers from 213 schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3, Roi Et. The sample is 319 teachers in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3, Roi Et. The sample group was determined using Crazy and Morgan's table. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi-square. The results of the study found that 1) the problems and needs in using educational technology and innovation in terms of the methods of using educational media, technology, and innovation were found to be at a moderate level. 2) the need to develop educational technology and innovation was at a high level, especially the problems in developing media and technology. 3) the factors related to the need to develop educational technology and innovation were found to be gender, development of potential, And external factors have a statistically significant relationship at the .05 level, while age, education level, income, work experience, job position, teaching level, and subjects have a statistically insignificant relationship at the .05 level. |
