Abstract | This article aims to study and recommend guidelines for managing non-formal private music schools towards excellence. According to the study, the management of non-formal private music schools towards excellence is to link the management with the strategic goals of the educational institution. It focuses on skills, determination, and motivation that can lead the school in a progressive direction to maintain a competitive advantage, under the tide of change. It helps administrators to be proactive and determine the directions for personnel in educational institutions. The management of private music schools is one of the important factors that will enable schools to develop and improve the quality of education to excellence. It creates a competitive advantage and helps educational institutions to effectively achieve their vision, mission, and objectives. Guidelines for the Development of the strategic for Non-Formal Private Music School Management towards excellence of Private Educational Institutions, and respond to the needs of students, as well as being able to create long-term satisfaction for parents and the community. The proposed approach involves developing a curriculum that is appropriate to the abilities of students. Selecting and developing quality teachers, using technology to enhance learning, and creating an environment conducive to music learning. Executives are proactive in providing direction to personnel in educational institutions. In this regard, effective management must take into account resource management in terms of finance, time management and creating cooperation with various sectors to ensure that music teaching in private music schools achieves the highest possible results and can compete at the local and national levels. |
