| Abstract | This research aims to 1) study the current status, desired status, and needs of teachers’ development in creative learning management, and 2) design and evaluate a teacher development program in creative learning management for educational institutions under the Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research was conducted in the form of research and development. The sample consisted of 359 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research instruments were questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and a program suitability and feasibility assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and need index. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive data.The research results revealed that: 1). The current status of teacher development in creative learning management is at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it is found that it is at a high level in all aspects. 2) The teacher development program in creative learning management for educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area Office, Ang Thong Area 1 has an evaluation of the appropriateness and feasibility of the teacher development program in creative learning management for educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area Office, Ang Thong Area 1 by 5 qualified persons. Overall, it is appropriate and feasible at the highest level. |
