Abstract | This research aimed to 1) study and compare innovative leadership of school administrators classified by gender, age, educational level, and school size, and 2) study the development of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 2. The sample consisted of 360 teachers in schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 2 in the 2024 academic year. Five key informants were interviewed. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The statistics used for quantitative data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way variance, and content analysis for qualitative data. The results of the research found that 1) Innovative leadership of school administrators, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. 2) Teachers with different genders, educational qualifications, and school sizes had no different opinions on innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 2, and different ages had different opinions at a statistical significance level of .05. 3) The development approach for innovative leadership of school administrators consisted of team leadership approach. Approaches to creating a learning atmosphere, approaches to risk-taking, and approaches to creating a shared vision for change. |
