Abstract This research aimed to 1)study the digital leadership of school administrators, 2)compare the digital leadership of school administrators classified by gender, age, educational qualifications, and school size, and 3) study the guidelines for developing digital leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 2. The sample consisted of 360 teachers in schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Bangkok Area 2, academic year 2024. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data were collected from 5key informants. The statistics used for quantitative data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way variance, and content analysis for qualitative data. The results revealed; 1) the overall level and the each aspects of digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, i.e., promoting personnel development, digital intelligence, creating digital culture, and digital visions were found at the high level; 2) According to the hypothesis testing, it was found that school administrators with differences of sex, age, educational background, and school size did not different opinions toward digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2; and 3) the development guidelines for digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2consisted of guidelines on having digital visions, creating digital culture, being digital intelligence, and promoting personnel development.
