Abstract The research article aims to study 1)the strategic leadership of administrators, 2) the quality of educational institution, 3) strategic leadership of administrators affecting quality of educational institution, and 4) guidelines for developing Strategic Leadership of Administrators that is Important to Quality of Educational Institution under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The research sample consisted of 190 administrators and 71 teachers and academic staff totaling 261 people of academic year 2024 The research instruments used in this study were questionnaires and a structure interview form. The descriptive statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The results of this study showed that:1. Overall, the strategic leadership of administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat was at a high level. When considering each aspect separately, it was found that Human resource management the highest mean score, followed by strategy implementation and strategic control and evaluation and creating organizational culture the lowest mean score.2. Overall, the quality of educational institution under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat was at a high level. When considering each aspect separately, it was found that Learner-centered teaching and learning process the highest mean score, followed by administrative and management processes, and student quality the lowest mean score.3. The overall and individual aspects of strategic leadership of administrators affecting quality of educational institution under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat revealed highly positive relationship with a prediction efficiency value of 79.70 %, an adjusted prediction efficiency of 79.40% and a standard error of prediction of 21.05 %, with a statistically significant relationship level of .01.4. The guidelines for developing strategic leadership of administrators affecting quality of educational institution under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat showed that the administrators play an important role in developing the quality of educational institutions. They should focus on clear strategic planning, create a good and strong organizational culture, and use effective internal communication. Support teamwork and participation of everyone within the organization, create a good working atmosphere in the workplace, and efficiently manage resources and budgets, adapt to changes in the education system, and have systematic and continuous monitoring and evaluation.
