Abstract | In the rapidly evolving digital era, private educational institutions face new challenges, particularly the digital divide, which significantly impacts administration and teaching processes. This article aims to present a systematic change management approach to address the digital divide in private educational institutions through six key steps 1)analyzing the context and structure of the institution, 2)modifying administrative models and operations, 3) enhancing the digital capabilities of personnel, 4) promoting learning and skill development aligned with the digital age, 5) proposing strategic development guidelines, and 6) fostering an organizational culture that effectively supports technology adoption.Private educational institutions benefit from administrative flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing trends. However, they still face disparities in accessing digital resources and generational differences in technological proficiency among personnel. Therefore, effective change management is crucial to bridging the digital divide and equipping personnel at all levels with the necessary digital skills to maximize their potential. Implementing these strategies will enable private educational institutions to evolve into learning organizations that keep pace with the digital era while preparing for future trends and challenges. |
