| Abstract | The application of digital technology in participatory learning management enhances educational processes in the digital era. These technologies foster learner engagement, increase flexibility in learning, and reduce limitations related to time and location. Digital tools such as online platforms, collaborative applications, and virtual reality technologies promote creative learning, stimulate communication, and develop teamwork skills. However, challenges such as unequal access to technology and psychological and social impacts remain critical issues to address. Recommendations for improvement include infrastructure development, promotion of digital literacy, and the design of appropriate learning processes to mitigate limitations and enhance the effectiveness of future learning management. |
