Abstract The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the variables influencing the success of cosmetic surgery operators in Thailand, 2) to analyze the influences of factors influencing the success of cosmetic surgery operators in Thailand; and 3) to develop the causal relationship between the factors that influence the success of beauty surgery operators in Thailand. This research was a Quantitative Research. The sample size was 300 Collection tools were questionnaires. The statistics used in this study are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and structural equation model analysis The research findings were found that 1) The causal relationship patterns influencing the success of beauty surgery operators in Thailand are management, learning organizations, innovation, competitive advantages, 2) learning organizational factors, innovation, competitive advantages. Indirect influences and the combined influence on the success of cosmetic surgery operators in Thailand. The analysis results were consistent with empirical data. Chi-square was 68.52 χ2/df was 0.9136, p value was 0.688, RMSEA was 0.000, CFI was 1.00 and RMR was 0.0. 041 GFI is equal to 0.97, AGFI is equal to 0. 92 and 3) The causal relationship patterns influencing the success of cosmetic surgery operators in Thailand are related. When considering the correlation between model adjustment variables, qualitative research shows that factors influencing the success of cosmetic surgery operators in Thailand include the management of the learning organisation. Innovative abilities, competitive advantages.
