The study employed a qualitative research methodology, collecting data from documents and interviews with 28 key informants selected through purposive sampling. The research findings were presented using descriptive analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1) The results revealed that effective administration of Phra Pariyatti Dhamma Schools requires clear workforce planning aligned with organizational missions. Administrators should recruit personnel with appropriate knowledge and skills, promote continuous self-development, and implement performance evaluations to enhance job satisfaction. Creating a positive work atmosphere and maintaining fair discipline are essential for fostering staff engagement, ultimately leading to operational efficiency. 2) The process of developing creative thinking among school administrators involves collaboration with all staff members, emphasizing clear vision setting and effective communication. Active participation and continuous development contribute to sustainable changes in the schools. Administrators are encouraged to introduce innovative ideas and support teachers and staff in exploring creative learning approaches. Promoting self-development through further education and the effective use of technology is vital. An open and inclusive work environment fosters confidence and creativity. In problem-solving, administrators leverage knowledge and experience to make decisions while encouraging staff participation in brainstorming and solution development. Developing creative thinking is thus a critical factor in enhancing the potential of both administrators and staff, enabling them to face challenges and achieve sustainable educational development. And 3) The proposed development model for fostering creative thinking among school administrators is crucial for advancing education to meet global standards and remain competitive internationally. Education serves as a fundamental tool for individual and societal development, necessitating competent educational leadership. Administrators must develop leadership skills to foster positive relationships and initiate solutions to complex problems. Ethical leaders can inspire team members to work effectively. Management should be systematic, with clear goal-setting and continuous teacher development. Flexibility is essential; administrators must adapt to changing contexts, embrace input from teachers and staff, and encourage innovative practices. Building a participatory and integrative work environment is essential. Regarding imagination, administrators should possess a clear vision for school development, analyze situations systematically, and make decisive decisions to lead their organizations toward meaningful change. Finally, in problem-solving, administrators should provide opportunities for teachers and staff to participate in decision-making and collaborate on finding the best solutions for mutual benefit. Developing creative thinking is a crucial process that supports the sustainable advancement of education. |
