Abstract | Guidelines for developing public services using the design thinking process is a process for creating innovation that is applied from the thinking methods of designers. Taking into account the main stakeholders Focus on gathering insights co-creating with stakeholders and teams with diverse expertise Including creating models to test ideas before putting them into practice. At every step of the process, the people must be taken into account and the creation of participation with all involved parties is the main focus. Therefore, it can be considered that the said process is one tool that will help make local government organizations Understand the needs of the people and be able to provide public services that meet new challenging needs, as well as increasing the potential and capacity of local government organizations in providing public services. Guidelines for developing public services using the design thinking process for local development It is aimed at promoting local government organizations to develop public services that focus on comprehensively looking for the causes of issues and developing new ideas through adding value and expanding local resources. For sustainable local development with guidelines for developing public services by adopting design thinking processes, processes and tools to develop public services of local administrative organizations to be more efficient. |
