| Abstract | The structural changes in society in the digital era arise from the development of digital technologies that impact all aspects of human life, including the economy, society, culture, and resource management. The opportunities emerging from these changes include the development of new innovations, the creation of a society that is interconnected and driven by data, the development of skills and lifelong learning, and the support of sustainability through digital technology. At the same time, there are challenges to address, such as digital inequality, threats to privacy and data security, impacts on labor and employment, and changes in family and community structures. Addressing these challenges requires appropriate planning and policy development to ensure that these changes occur sustainably and benefit all sectors of society. |
