| Abstract | The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the level of creative leadership of executives. Educational institutions under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2) Study the effectiveness level of educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office and 3) study the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the school. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group used in the research was 322 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.96. Statistics were used in the research, including frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results found that 1. Level of creative leadership of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it is at a high level. 2. Effectiveness level of educational institutions under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it is at a high level. 3. The relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the school. Under the jurisdiction of the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, there is a positive relationship. at a relatively high level Statistically significant at the .01 level. |
