Abstract This research aimed to 1) investigate the good governance administration of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) explore the guidelines for the development of good governance administration for school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample derived from the simple random sampling consisted of 297 teachers at the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, which was obtained via simple random sampling. The instruments were questionnaires with a reliability value of 0.98 and interview forms. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted statistics consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis for the qualitative study. The findings revealed that 1) school administrators demonstrated effective governance at a generally high level. 2) The six aspects that comprised the guidelines for the establishment of good governance administration were: (1) Responsiveness: Administrators ought to pay close attention to stakeholder comments and adhere to the law. (2) Accountability: Using methodical procedures, administrators must encourage creative development in educational establishments. (3) Transparency: In order preserve personal information, administrators must provide all relevant information. (4) Participation: Administrators have to give all parties involved the chance to have an impact concerning the way decisions were reached. (5) The rule of law: Administrators were responsible for guarding against corruption, abiding by the law, and sharing guidelines and information. (6) Equity: Establishing equity and impartiality inside the school, administrators addressed complaints in a methodical and timely manner.
