Abstract | This research was to study the factors that affect learning to design and develop products to increase the value of natural woven reed mats of the Non Samran community reed mat weavers. A study was conducted with a group of Non Samran community woven mat enterprises that were selected to participate in a 30-hour community product development and design training course for 25 people. The research used observations, quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the factors affecting the learning of design and product development to increase the value of natural woven reed mats of the Non Samran community reed mat weaver group. Non Samran Subdistrict, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum Province is the most important aspect 4. Observant and experimenter. This is followed by the 1st aspect of love and passion in the profession of reed mat weaver, the 2nd aspect of creating works that are profitable and valuable to life and society (Pround), the 3rd aspect of being a transmitter of knowledge and inspiration in the profession of reed mat weavers and the fifth aspect is earning income at a level that allows them to live as they please. Accounting for 93.6%, 89.6, 86.67 and 53 percent, respectively. |
