Abstract | This research has three objectives: (1) to study the state of human resource management in the digital era among school administrators in network group 1, (2) to examine human resource management methods based on the four principles of bias, and (3) to propose guidelines for human resource management in the digital era according to the four principles of bias in Pathum Thani Province. The study employs a mixed methods approach, collecting quantitative data from 194 administrators and teachers through a questionnaire to assess opinions, using statistical analysis of means and standard deviation. Qualitative data are gathered through interview with 7 experts, and content analysis is conducted to extract appropriate management guidelines. The research findings indicate that 1. the state of human resource management in the digital era among school administrators in network group 1, overall and in all aspects, is at a low level, with an average score of 2.06. This is due to a lack of training and insufficient resources, as well as an unpreparedness to adapt to new technologies within the organization. 2. The study on human resource management methods in the digital era according to the four principles of bias among school administrators in network group 1 reveals the following methods: 1) recruitment and selection, 2) retention of personnel, 3) development of personnel, and 4) termination of employment. 3. The guidelines for human resource management in the digital era across four areas-recruitment and selection: recruitment and selection of personnel, retention of personnel, development of personnel, and termination of employment according to the four principles of bias which include the following management approaches: 1) Chandāgati: Technology should be used in decision-making to ensure transparency in the selection process, 2) Dosāgati: Creative communication should be encouraged, 3) Mohāgati: Training programs for analytical thinking should be organized, 4) Bhayāgati: A safe environment should be created. |
