Abstract This research article aimed to 1) study the necessity in build human relations in the organization of the school administrators in the 4th efficiency promotion network group, 2) study the method to build human relations in the organization according to the 6 Saraniya Dhamma principles of the school administrators in the 4th efficiency promotion network group, and 3) propose the method to build human relations in the organization according to the 6 Saraniya Dhamma principles of the school administrators in the 4th efficiency promotion network group in Pathum Thani province. The mixed-method research was adopted through quantitative research and qualitative research. The quantitative research was used a sample of 165 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire on opinions. Statistics for analyzing data was performing through mean, standard deviation, and essential needs that educational institutions want to achieve using the Priority Needs Index (PNI) method. The content of the interviews with 9 key informants who were experts in administration and religion were analyzed.The research results found that 1. in terms of organizational communications, there is a need to build human relations in the organization. This was because the administrators and teachers engage in creative communication that fostered unity (PNImodified=0.072), demonstrated organizational leadership (PNImodified=0.072), created a positive organizational atmosphere (PNImodified=0.061), interacted well with colleagues (PNImodified=0.046), and avoided creating conflicts within the organization (PNImodified=0.046). 2. The results of the study of methods to build human relations in the organization according to the principles of the 6 Saraniya Dharmas were as follows: 1) to arrange the environment in the educational institution to be an atmosphere conducive to learning, 2) to create a good organizational culture to promote cooperation and increase efficiency in the organization, 3) to manage the organization or communicate to create unity to build trust in the organization, 4) to develop morality and ethics for personnel to build confidence in taking responsibility for work with transparency. 3. Guidelines for building human relations in the organization according to the principles of the 6 Saraniya Dharmas of the educational institution executives in the efficiency promotion network group 4, Pathum Thani Province were as follows: 1) developing the environment, 2) creating organizational culture, 3) organizational management, 4) morality and ethics in management.
