Abstract | This research article aimed to 1) study the needs and necessities for promoting the characteristics of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, 2) study the methods for promoting the characteristics of administrators based on the polymath of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, and 3) propose guidelines for promoting the characteristics of administrators based on the polymath of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, Pathum Thani Province. The mixed-method research was adopted. The quantitative research was used through a questionnaire to collect data from 165 teachers. The qualitative research was used through interview form to collect data from 9 key informants. Statistics for analyzing data was performed by mean, standard deviation, and the values of the needs that the school wanted to achieve through the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI). The qualitative data was analyzed by using content analysis.The research results found that 1. the ability to manage educational institutions is of utmost importance. School leaders who possessed strong management skills (PNImodified=0.070) and fostered good relationships with all teachers (PNImodified=0.069) were more likely to have a clear understanding of the institution's vision (PNImodified=0.062) and were capable of self-development to achieve excellence in their leadership practices (PNImodified=0.049). 2. The study on promoting leadership qualitied according to the principles of pluralism in educational administration within the Network for Promoting Efficiency Group 4 revealed the following key methods: 1) developing a flexible vision, school leaders should be open to new ideas, 2) fostering public spirit, 3) promoting learning development, 4) creating a learning atmosphere. 3. The guidelines for promoting leadership qualities based on pluralism principles in educational administration within the Network for Promoting Efficiency Group 4 were as follows: 1) developing a flexible vision, 2) fostering public spirit, 3) promoting learning development, 4) creating a learning environment. |
