| Abstract | The basic premise of this paper was that in recent years, intangible cultural heritage research has raised a heated discussion among researchers, which has made many valuable achievements and accumulated rich experience. So, the objectives this study were to study the current situation and difficulties of the inheritors of Hunan musical Intangible Cultural Heritage, to investigates the incentive mechanism and performance evaluation management mechanism of Hunan musical Intangible Cultural Heritage activities, and to explore more study people's cognition of inheritor protection, the internal and external factors that influence the effect of inheritor protection.The results of this study were in basic Conditions of Inheritors and Influencing Factors of its where Protection, inheritors are generally in good physical condition and highly satisfied with their own physical health, status of Inheritors and the Protection Effect were inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage, and Government Management and Inheritor Protection Effect were at the level of government management in the dimension of system. |
