Abstract | The student affairs are therefore a part that administrators and teachers must strictly follow because student affairs are one of the important school administration tasks, is a task that promotes student behavior to have good behavior, discipline. ,Moral, and ethical, ready to be a good citizen of the country in the future. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the administration of student affairs in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area Sisaket and Yasothon. And (2) comparing the level of opinions of personnel on the management of student affairs classified by gender, position, and work experience. The population used in this research was 4,072 school personnel under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Si Sa Ket Yasothon, using a sample of 355 people. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that (1) The overall administration of student affairs in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Sisaket and Yasothon was at a high level. And (2) a comparative analysis of the opinions of personnel towards the management of student affairs, both overall and in each aspect, it was found that; (a) Classified by gender as a whole and not different from each other, (b) Classified by overall positions and teaching items were significantly different at the .05 level, and (c) Classified by work experience, the overall is not different, but the teaching is different. |
