Abstract | The government has a policy to improve the efficiency of government operations so that government agencies can improve and upgrade the quality of administration by focusing on achievements for the benefit of the people. However, the government sector therefore must operate according to the project plan that is in line with the government's important and urgent policies. Thus, the Faculty of Informatics, at Mahasarakham University has prepared a government action plan. The faculty has not yet achieved its stated goals. This research aimed to study factors affecting the performance report according to the performance agreement, Faculty of Informatics, Mahasarakham University. The sample consisted of 8 executive directors and 28 officers responsible for indicators of the Faculty of Information Science, a total of 36 people, this is purposive sampling, the instruments used in this research are questionnaires, as well as the useful statistical approaches i.e., Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient were purposively applied. The results were found that the average result was 4.26 S.D. 0.43. Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that each factor had a high average in all aspects. The management and policy factors were the most average, followed by resource and support factors, and management factors were the least average. The factor correlation coefficient in each aspect, there was a statistically significant correlation at 0.01. It has a correlation coefficient ranging from 0.542 to 0.757. All aspects of the relationship were positively correlated, significantly, the pairs with the highest correlation were: management factors and personnel factors relationship in the same direction high level (rxy = .757) |
