| Abstract | Since Thailand has a goal of developing the country to a developed country according to the Thailand policy. Research and development to build on science, technology, and innovation of knowledge are essential for the benefit to develop the well-being of society and for constructing the economic competitive advantage of the country. With the significance of the aforementioned, the government has therefore reformed the bureaucratic system to establish the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and innovation. The main missions are people development, new knowledge creation, and creating innovations of the country to drive the country towards the goal of being a developed country. Important issues for bureaucratic reform are establishing a unity of work system between higher education, science, research, and innovation. Including the development of personnel to integrate knowledge to users for efficiency and effectiveness and solve social problems in a sustainable and following Thailand 4.0 development goals. As a result of the change in the government's reform of the system to lead to the development of Thailand, the educational community has made a major change, which will lead Thais to enter the world of innovation in the future. |
