Abstract The development of the country, therefore, requires the promotion of people at all levels to educate their abilities by organizing project-based learning as a student-centered learning activity. This is an opportunity for students to use their knowledge, expertise, skills, and strengths to fully apply them. Thus, this study was to : (1) Study the current condition and problems of the learning management model through wisdom conservation project-base-learning of the student at the diploma level in a polytechnic college in the northeast region. (2) Develop a learning management model through wisdom conservation project-base-learning of the student at the diploma level in a polytechnic college in the northeast region. (3) Try out the learning management model through wisdom conservation project-base-learning of the student at the diploma level in a polytechnic college in the northeast region. And (4) Confirming Learning Management Model through Wisdom Conservation Project-base-Learning of Students at the Diploma Level in Polytechnic College in the Northeast Region. This research was research and development (R&D). The sample group was 1 administrator, 1 teacher, and 60 students at the Diploma level. The tools used include a Learning management model with student projects at the higher vocational level, a suitability assessment form, and a satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that : (1) Conditions of project-based learning management, Overall was at a low level. (2) Draft a learning management model through wisdom conservation project-base-learning of the student at the diploma level consisting of 4 components: 1) objectives 2) learning environment 3) learning management process and 4) measurement and evaluation. with the suitability and feasibility of the style Overall, was at the highest level. (3) The results of Try out using the learning management model with the wisdom conservation project in terms of skills and knowledge of students Overall, was at the highest level. The samples were satisfied with the overall project-based learning activities at the highest level. And (4) The evaluation results to confirm the model. Overall was at the highest level.
