Abstract Developing people to be able to develop a country effectively depends on getting a quality education. Because education is a tool for developing people, educating children or youth in the nation to have knowledge, understanding, and ability to solve problems as well as having morals, skills, knowledge in occupation, being a good citizen and accepting society will help develop the country to have progressed in both economic, political, as well as social and cultural aspects. Thus, this research was to Develop a Model of Participation in Academic Administration by Using Team Coaching Process to Improve the Quality for students of Nonsa Ardradamnuay school under the Kalasin Primary Educational Area Office 2, is research and development The research was divided into 4 phases: (1) Study the current condition desirable condition and necessary needs. (2) Develop participation in Academic Administration by Using Team Coaching Process to Improve the Quality for Students Model. (3) Implement the Model. And (4) Evaluate the Model. Purposive Sampling. The study research instruments, suitability, the current condition questionnaire reliability of 0.91 and the confidence value of the desirable condition questionnaire reliability of 0.93, interview form, focus group form, model assessment form, pre-test, post-test reliability of 0.90, behavior questionnaire, model questionnaire, and satisfaction questionnaire. This study employed arithmetic mean, standard deviation, PNI modified, and t-test. The results were as follows: (1) Study results the current condition desirable condition and necessary needs, elements Academic Administration There are 5 aspects, 26 indicators, It is appropriate is at the highest level, The current condition was at medium level, Desirable condition at the highest level, The highest need is for the development of educational institutions curricula. (2) Result of Developing the Model, consists of 5 parts: Part 1, Principles and Objectives, Part 2, Contents of the Model Consisting of Development Unit 1 Curriculum development of educational institutions, Unit 2 the development of the learning process, Unit 3 Measuring, evaluating, and conducting comparisons to transfer academic results, Unit 4 Educational supervision, Unit 5 Media development and use of technology for education, Part 3 development process, Part 4 evaluation and Part 5 conditions of success, The results of the suitability assessment and the feasibility was at the highest level. (3) Result of implementing the model, The knowledge assessment score after joining the development was higher than before joining the development different with statistical significance at 0.05 level, and the level of pre-development behavior was at medium level post-development at the highest level. And (4) Evaluation of model results, Utility, Feasibility, Propriety, and Accuracy as a whole were at the highest level, and the satisfaction analysis as a whole was at the highest level.
