| Abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสารภายในองค์กรของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 2) ความพึงพอใจต่อสารที่ได้รับรู้จากจากการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 3) ความผูกพันกับองค์กรของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 4) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากรกับความพึงพอใจต่อสารที่ได้รับรู้จากจากการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 และ 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพึงพอใจต่อสารที่ได้รับรู้จากจากการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร กับความผูกพันกับองค์กร ของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากคณะผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรในสังกัดการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 จำนวน 239 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบจัดชั้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เปิดรับข่าวสารจากหนังสือเวียนภายในหน่วยงาน เคยได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ สวัสดิการมากที่สุด โดยมีการเปิดรับข่าวสารภายในองค์กร 1 - 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ เปิดรับข่าวสารภายในองค์กร ในช่วงเวลา 08.30 - 12.00 น. 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจข่าวสารที่ได้รับรู้จากการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความผูกพันกับองค์กรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) อายุ ระดับการศึกษาตำแหน่ง และระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อสารที่ได้รับรู้จากองค์กรของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) ความพึงพอใจต่อสารที่ได้รับรู้จากองค์กรของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันกับองค์กรของพนักงานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 || The objectives of this research were to study employees of ProvincialWaterworks Authority, Regional Office 7, in terms of 1) their exposure to internal messages within the organization; 2) their satisfaction with the internal communications; 3) their engagement with the organization; 4, the correlations between employees' demographic characteristics and their satisfaction with the organization s internal messages; and 5) the correlation between employees' satisfaction with the messages and their level of engagement with the organization This was a quantitative research. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The sample are 239 administrators and employees of Provincial Waterworks Authority Regional Office 7. The samples were chosen through stratified sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and Pearson'scorrelated coefficients. The results showed that 1) most of the samples were exposed to internal messages through newsletters the most. The content they were exposed to the most was about their rights and benefits as employees. They reported being exposed to internal news from the organization once or twice a week, usually in the time period 08.30-12.00. 2) Overall, most of the samples were very satisfied with the internal communications towhich they were exposed. 3) Overall, the employees surveyed had a high level of engagement with the organization. 4) The demographic factors of age, educational level, work position, and number of years working with the organization were correlated to their level of satisfaction with the organization s internal messages to a statistically significant degree at 0.05 confidence. 5) Employees level of satisfaction with the messages was correlated to their level of engagement with the organization to a statistically significant degree at 0.05 confidence. |
